RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We work towards making you feel happiest when you receive our product. If for any reason, you’re not delighted with your purchase, we will certainly help you with the process of refund or exchange.
- All products unworn/unused are eligible for return and exchange, within 7 days and 15 days, respectively. This does not apply to any personalized/engraved products. If the product has any sign of wear or tampering, it will automatically stand ineligible for exchange or return.
- All products will be returned or exchanged, only when you send them with the original invoice, quality certificate, and the main packaging of the product (i.e., the La Marque-M jewellery box).
- Kindly open the package in front of the delivery person and make a video. Once the package is delivered, we shall not be responsible for any breakage or damage to the product.
- In the absence of the original bill and quality certificate, we will not be able to process any exchange or refund.
- In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the product purchased earlier, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product.
- In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the product purchased earlier, then the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.
- Exchange facility on one order number can be availed only once.
- In case of a return, 15% of the amount (GST excluded) will be held as a credit for future purchases.
- La Marque-M is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service.
- Any item altered by a third-party jeweller, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Kindly note in some locations, it may happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, you will have to send us the product on your own in a sealed package.
- You will be charged for return shipping if it isn’t within our stipulated time frames. (i.e., 7 days for return and 15 days for an exchange).
(If the product is delivered in Delhi, we will schedule a pickup without any charge)
PROCESS OF RETURNING/EXCHANGING ANY PRODUCT
- Get in touch with us by dropping us an email on support@lamarquem.com or WhatsApp us on +919318482843. Our customer care executive will get in touch with you within 24 working hours, to make your experience seamless.
- While returning the product, please ensure that it is unused and packed in the original packaging with the La Marque-M box and pouch and is accompanied by the original invoice and quality certificate.
- Once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department, a refund/exchange will be processed. If the product passes our quality test, you will be eligible for refund*** (within 30-45 days)/exchange (within 30 days).
***15% of the amount (excluding GST) will be held as a credit for future purchase.
HOW WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED
- In case of online payment, the refund will be processed via credit/debit card.
- In case of cash payment, a refund shall be processed via bank transfer.
WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/INCORRECT PIECE?
- Please ensure that you take a video of unpacking the product in the presence of the delivery person.
- Kindly send the video by mail. In case you prefer communication over WhatsApp, send the video over WhatsApp.
- No queries will be entertained in case of no video.

IF MY PRODUCT BREAKS
- Maintaining high-quality standards is our motto, so if your jewellery breaks we would be happy to fix it for you free of charge within our 15 days warranty period. To initiate the repair process, please contact us on support@lamarquem.com or WhatsApp us on +919318482843.
- We will provide repair services for any piece beyond our 15 days warranty period too. In such a scenario additional charges will be levied on a case-to-case basis.
- Kindly note our complimentary 15 days warranty does not cover lost stones. We will happily replace any lost stones at an additional charge depending on the product.
- In case of repair, shipping charges have to be borne by the customer, whether it’s under the warranty period or not.
IF I’VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
- We are happy to serve you better and resize your piece free of charge within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please contact us on support@lamarquem.com or WhatsApp us on +919318482843 to process the exchange.
- In case of resizing, shipping charges have to be borne by the customer, whether it’s under the warranty period or not.
AFTER-SALE SERVICES
- We offer a lifetime free service of cleaning, polishing, stone tightening.
- Customers will have to send us the product on their own.
- Shipping charges for the delivery of the product have to be borne by the customer.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- We want to make the return/exchange process as seamless as possible for you.
- You will be charged for this return shipping if it isn’t within our stipulated time frames. (i.e, 7 days for return and 15 days for an exchange).
- We offer only one-time free shipping under return and exchange. Subsequent delivery of your product will be charged.
- Kindly note in some locations, it may happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, you will have to send us the product on your own in a sealed package.
We do not have any return or exchange policy in the case of international orders.
