- For us to start the manufacturing process of your product, we’ll require a 60% advance.
- Once we receive your reply with payment confirmation, your product will go into the process of manufacturing.
- After the jewelry is manufactured we’ll send you the video of the product through email and a payment link for the balance amount.
- Once we receive your payment confirmation, your product will be dispatched.
- Post dispatch, it will reach you within 7-15 days, depending on your location.

**HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY REQUIRES TIME, AS WE BELIEVE IN QUALITY, THUS KEEP A BUFFER OF 3-5 DAYS.
** CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT WILL STAND ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE POST 3 MONTHS, FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
**EXCHANGE OPTION CAN BE AVAILED WITH 10 DAYS FROM THE START OF 3RD MONTH.
**OPTION OF EXCHANGE CAN BE AVAILED ONLY ONCE.
